They are knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of few months especially Steven Field. GoogleGraham and his team have been excellent from start to finish. The sales brochure was extremely professional with very good photographs, and they got more viewings in 4 weeks than our previous agents got in 18 months. I was so impressed that whoever came to the property knew all about it and was able to easily converse with prospective buyers (particularly Steve). Even after an offer had been accepted Graham helped to move the solicitors and other parties so we could achieve an early exchange. Most importantly of all they listened and understood what we wanted to achieve. The level of client service was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
