GoogleWe were so bowled over by Ben Blacker's valuation of our property from start to finish. We appreciated his calm, friendly, kind, unassuming manner and the time he took to make our 1 year old feel seen and at ease throughout (which sounds trivial but was so valuable as it meant less disruption and I felt it built an immediate rapport amongst us). I felt he took his time, didn't rush through anything at all, summised his thoughts clearly and we liked that he didn't ask us to divulge other valuations we'd had either before or after his own valuation. Very refreshing! We were impressed with his experience and expertise and the USPs that he felt Chewton Rose had. It may be unusual to say that someone has gone above and beyond for a valuation but we really felt this was the case with Ben - a 5* experience, highly recommend - thank you so much!
