We’re in the process of securing our new rental through Chase Buchanan, and the experience so far has been excellent. Louis has been incredibly efficient and responsive, always easy to contact whenever we’ve had questions. He’s made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Sarah, Pippa and Vanessa have all helped to make the transition from tenant to tenant very easy. Prompting me to complete various tasks, with Sarah especially giving advice to help make the property more marketable. The only downside was the quality of the cleaners employed through Chase who did a poor job.

The team at Chase Bunchanan are a friendly, professional and helpful group of people. Finding my new home in London has been a long and frustrating journey, meeting with multiple incompetent estate agencies. That was until I spoke to George at Chase Bunchanan’s. I’ve bought the flat with the Manager Daniel John, they really looking after the customer. Buying a property isn’t an easy choice and process, but it’s so good to have someone to talk and discuss with. They’re very professional, supportive and warm, I feel they are really someone who can rely on. And they become my first choice when I want to rent the flat out now.
