GoogleWe recently completed our purchase through Fidelis Estate Agents and just wanted to say how very pleased we were with the way everything was handled, from the first 'open house' through to moving day. Both Mark and Patrick responded very quickly to our (multiple) requests and soothed lots of frazzled nerves. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and if we ever move (which I seriously doubt!) would definitely look to sell through them.

GoogleAs a recent tenant, I can highly recommend BW. Highly responsive to any property related issues raised and always courteous. Thanks to James & the team for the support over the past couple of years.

GoogleThese dreadful agents, didn't show up for arranged viewings, then I lost a property on the day of exchange to another Chase Bucanon client who was being looked after by another negotiator in the same office. Should be struck off!! Didn't even call to say sorry! Rude and incompetent at best. Avoid

Googlegreat service to a landlord. Got my house on the market, found a tenant and managed the process from start to finish. When my first tenant put in notice to leave, a new tenant was found within a couple of weeks and all checks completed ready to move in!. very pleased with the family structure of the firm, they clearly have a passion to ensure fair treatment of both tenant and landlord, and have a wealth of experience in managing these relationships.

GoogleGreat letting agents. I let from them once & then when the landlords had to unexpectedly sell they found me an even better property for my family & I when we were expecting our third child. We moved on a Monday & our baby girl was born on the Wednesday...Just in time!!!! Mark & the team were all very helpful throughout the whole process & I would recommend them over & over again!!
