I have been pleasantly impressed with Chase Buchanan and especially Dan Johns. He offers a lot of guidance and support, especially in the current market and Brexit influences. He has made it easy and accessible to keep in touch and he has chased the vendor and made sure the chain will progress nicely and in a timely manner. Furthermore, the human element has been absolutely great, as we felt like we have a friend in charge of the move. Dan has been paying a lot of attention to details and has been able to advise us one step in advance for all the different steps and what may affect the time scale. I have also been in touch with other colleagues of Dan's in the office and have been very happy with how prompt they have been and helpful. I trust and would recommend anytime their services. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and reliable. Also, very flexible and friendly. I have already spoken to a friend and I have suggested they use Chase Buchanan. I used chase when I bought my first property 10 years ago. When it came time to sell I admit I considered using the online estate agents, but in the end decided to go with chase due to their extensive local knowledge and my previous experience. The selling process was very easy and our property sold in less than 2 weeks, the buying process however was a little less straight forward.
