GoogleI was dealing with a guy from this agency called Elliot Finn..and unfortunately my experience was a long way off what I was expecting. We were greeted with scorn and hatred firstly. Then Iβm sure when I was discussing a tenancy with him he was more concerned with his reflection in his monitor than anything I was discussing. Never coming back here!

GoogleWe have recently sold through Chase and both Dan and Danny were imperative to this happening. It was not the easiest of sales with the first buyer pulling out at the 11th hour the first time around (at no fault of the agent) but they gave us the right advice and re sold the property quickly afterwards. We had a strict deadline to get the sale through before Christmas to which Daniel worked incredibly hard to get done and succeeded in doing so! One final thing is that they were both always on hand to discuss the sale. Whether by phone or email....which in a market where nothing is easy, this really can put your mind at ease. Thanks for all of your hard work guys!

GoogleBest estate agents in Richmond - Dan Johns & Danny Hicks In this horrible Brexit buyers market, if you wish to sell your flat, Chase Buchanan is you best bet! Out flat was on sale with 2 other popular high street agents for a long while (before we moved to Chase Buchanan) , during that time, our flat attracted many viewings but the other agents never managed to seal a deal. But Daniel (CB)found us 2 buyers within 3 months of marketing our flat. We had certain issues during our sale, our buyer was very difficult, but Danny helped iron everything out and handled the exchange process so smoothly and professionally. We would never have been able to move to our next home if not for their dedication and hard work. We canβt thank them enough. They were very transparent and understanding throughout the process, they never once gave us False hopes but neither did they let us loose faith. They were so quick to revert with viewing feedbacks unlike other agents we had employed earlier. Danny and Dan are so quick to respond to emails, and they make you feel that you as a customer mean a lot to them! So if you are after agents who are truthful, honest, and who can deliver even in tough Brexit market, Dan and Danny is whom you should go to.

In particular they were spot on with the pricing and in selecting the right clients to view. And the fact that they personally attended the viewings made a huge difference both in looking after the house and in making the sale. Danny approached me after my house had been on the market for a while told me that he could do a better job and would sell the house by XMAS. Despite a delay in appointing him he did just that. Well done you two and your team.

GoogleCB Richmond have helped me sell my house in a very difficult market The 2 guys helping me were Danny and Daniel They were a dynamic team.They were both friendly and helpful with many years experience and nothing was too much trouble for them. I find nothing negative to say and I am rather hard to please. When the house was sold and I had moved away from the area the new owner told them that the removal men had left stuff behind. They arranged for it to be sent to my new address. Well done and Many Thanks
