GoogleWe found Fidelis by chance when looking to sell our house and are so glad we did. Their honesty, experience and clear communication made them a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, and they didn't undervalue our house just to shift it quickly (which some agents will). We want to live in our new home for a good few years yet, but when the time comes to sell we'll give them another call!

After we made the decision to sell our long term home we then had a big decision to find an estate agent, we went to the local Bear flat area and visited Fidelis, after chatting with Patrick , Mark & Matthew we decided that we wanted Fidelis to sell our home,the service was professional from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble. We would like to thank Fidelis for making what we thought could be a stressful experience, a very pleasant and stress free experience. Would most definitely recommend!!

Googleour experience has been refreshingly excellent and hassle free. Lucy especially moved heaven and earth to try to accommodate our needs and requirements wherever possible. At times we certainly did not make this easy as it was all very last minute. Nevertheless, she did everything possible and kept us up to date at all times. GoogleI have had both lettings over 5 years and then a sale from Chase and they are one of the best estate agents I have had, they were always contactable and assured they live up to their commitments, on the sale it was great dealing with Naj Fox, she was always very friendly and had a few jokes even at the most stressful times during the sale which took longer time but we got it done, and she was great in ensuring that the buyers were kept happy at all times. So please use them for lettings and Sales.

GoogleMy experience with Chase Buchanan has been a pleasure and Naj Fox in particular supported me throughout the (at times) challenging process of buying my flat. I'm glad to say that I never felt that Naj was only concerned with the seller's needs which was very refreshing. Naj went over and beyond my expectations of an estate agent towards a buyer by helping me with numerous ad-hoc queries and by expertly facilitating the whole process. I would definitely use Chase Buchanan in the future and would especially recommend Naj Fox as she was thoroughly competent and highly practical with an honest and forthright attitude.

GoogleHouse hunting can be so stressful especially when you are new to this city and trying to juggle your new job at the same time. Daniel Fogarty at Chase Buchanan St Margaret was my saint! I could feel that she cared what I was looking for and I felt at ease with her. Also the team at this branch supports one other and communicates so well that my viewings ( yes I did multiple times!) to signing went very smooth. Its been a couple of months now in my new place and their tenant concierge Chloe Ashman has been great help providing me with after service too.

GoogleMoving home can be really stressful, which is why I highly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of the team at CB St Margarets. Lucy, Manuela and their colleagues look after you from start to finish and the company uses secure, audited, easy to use online tools to carry out tenancy related tasks such as payments or contract signing. The physical office is airy and welcoming, not least because of the friendly and smiling staff. Highly recommended!

GoogleThe service we received from the team at Chase Buchanan was both excellent and supportive. Especially when you consider the complexity of our house move. Throughout the 6 months Mike, Sophie, Naj and the rest of the team were always able to help no matter what the question. Certainly in the last month before exchange and completion, when all the final little questions and challenges come about, Sophie in particular was fantastic and helped all parties get across the line. Many thanks indeed and whilst we hope not to move again in the short term, should we need to Chase Buchanan would definitely be our agent of choice.

GoogleWe've had such a fantastic experience dealing with Chase Buchanan at St Margarets. Both Lucy & Jade have been fantastic in the whole process from when our search commenced. I always welcomed a call from Chase as they really understood our needs in our property search and never wasted our time showing us properties that didn’t fit our criteria. It was a pleasure working with them and despite being signed up with many letting agencies Chase found us the perfect property to rent in the end. They have a genuine friendly and professional attitude which made the whole experience easier. Would highly recommend the Chase team in St Margarets.
