GoogleDanielle did a great job sharing options until I got the perfect place to move. She is not also great selling, but mostly advising, so when you decide you feel you are making the right decision, I am a foreigner, I really needed advice. She is also really fast responding requests even when that involves third parties (As landlords). I got also help from her team when she was not available, all them with the same team culture. I am glad I found them to help me.

GoogleChase looked after the sale of my 5 bedroom property during a time of tough market dynamics due to Brexit. The service i received from them overall and particularly from Sophie Goodlace was outstanding. Sophie worked so hard to secure a buyer for the property and to optimise the price, in what was a very complex sale due to domestic circumstances. I will always appreciate how Sophie handled this and kept me up to speed on status constantly,I would recommend her and Chase to anybody seeking or selling a property in the St Margarets area. 5 out of 5.

GoogleWe were very impressed with Danielle, from the start of our house hunting when she appeared within 5 minutes after our phone call to her office requesting to view a property we were sitting outside. Other local agents only wanted to make appointments several days later. Danielle went out of her way to identify further properties and accompanied us on all viewings, seemingly having a good relationship with the property owners, having a good local knowledge which we needed as were new to the area and we always felt she went the extra mile to get our questions answered. We were always sent properties matching our criteria and Danielle was flexible for arranging flat viewings even on a rather short notice. Negotiations to secure the property went smoothly as well. GoogleImpressive customer service. After a booking error on my initial viewing I have been immensely impressed by the customer service offered by Fidelis. I received two calls from them in the following days (including one from the company owner Patrick who had made a donation to charity as an acknowledgement of the error and outlined how it had occurred) and set up another viewing for the following week. The agent we met for the viewing (Mark) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; sharing his experiences and providing insights on repairs the property would need and the quotes they had received for work of that type In summary, I am hard-pressed to recall a better customer service experience than the one I have had from Fidelis. They take their work very seriously and the high standards they hold themselves to is admirable in this day and age. Needless to say, I would recommend them.

GoogleFantastic estate agents, great local knowledge, friendly but professional staff, without the usual pushy sales approach. Buying a house through the Fidelis office in Bath was painless. We've bought multiple houses over the years and had to deal with some shoddy estate agents, I can wholeheartedly say that the team at Fidelis are the exception to the rule. They couldn't do more to help accommodate our needs. Highly recommended. 5 *
