Couldn’t be happier with the support we’ve received from Chase Buchanan and especially Jenna McCann. I've rented a property through Chase Buchanan, worked with Scott Messeder. It was a nice experience overall that I can suggest others to work with them. Areas to improve: - Making sure that the so called "pro cleaning of carpets" actually cleans the carpets. When we moved in, we vacuumed the property and emptied our dyson's bin 6 times. - Making sure that no one enters the property with shoes on after the carpets are cleaned (including inventory clerks) - Faster responses. - Taking the the "success" sign on the street back after some period of time (not like a year later but in a few weeks)PositiveProfessionalism

Sophie arranged the sale of our property and was instrumental in helping us secure a new property. This is the 2nd house we have bought or sold via Sophie and I will def use again if we move. Sophie was amazing in terms of pro activity and constantly keeping us updated. Her advice was a major factor in us being able to secure our new house and complete in a very short timeframe. Sophie went over and beyond what we expected from an estate agent and took away much of the angst that would otherwise exist, including chasing down removal folk and generally solving any problem that seemed to crop up. This is the second time we’ve used Chase to buy/sell our property - on both occasions we’ve been handled with care and professionalism. There is no pressure to buy or sell, but a wealth of expertise and knowledge when you’re ready, with a real interest in your needs. Sophie managed what might seem impossible during a pandemic - successful negotiation to bring a chain of four properties to exchange within three months of us finding/making an offer. She was on hand with advice throughout the process, and fair and balanced throughout, even when completion dates got tricky due to complications elsewhere in the chain. Their recommended solicitors are also a cut above. We will be using again, I’m sure.

My sale was an emotional one, as it was selling my childhood home of 54 years, after losing Mum and Dad. Patrick gave the correct advice and we marketed at a price which created great interest, with 25 viewings in 3 days and 11 offers, we went to best and finals. Working together we choose the right buyers. The whole process was hassle free, communications was great all the way through, I couldn't recommend them enough.
