I had a fantastic experience with the team at Chase Buchanan in Richmond who sold my flat. From the start I received fast responses and a professional service. The team were respectful in achieving the price I wanted for my flat and they truly do not give up! Despite Covid and all the challenges in the market, they diligently worked their socks off and kept a constant flow of viewings. I have worked with a number of property agents in the past, but I have never met an agent like Dan Johns! He replied to calls quickly, followed up with potential buyers with great enthusiasm and answered any question I had in a speedy manner. He is honest, extremely hardworking and a great person too.
