I highly recommend signing up to register your interest with Chase Buchanan if you’re looking for a property to rent in the Richmond Borough. With the current housing market it’s been very difficult for us to view houses as we don’t live in London, so by having the open housing option it allowed us to book time off work to come down and not worry about a house going before we’ve had time to view it. Gareth Vaughan has been very helpful, has answered all ours queries and has made securing a property a lot easier. He’s been willing to shift timings for us as it’s been difficult for us to pop into the office with living 2 hours away. If you’re looking for a property I can recommend using Gareth and his team.

At the time we were looking, the market was such that properties were going fast and for well beyond their asking price, leading to bidding wars on every place we viewed. Amazing lettings agency! Moved to the UK in 2019 and after less than 6 month we wanted to move to a house. No agency would accept foreigners with less than 6 months residency but they did! They jumped through so many hoops to help us, even managed to move us at the beginning of the pandemic.
