GoogleI very strongly recommend Danny Hicks and Daniel Johns at Chase Buchanan. I have been very impressed with the expertise and professionalism throughout the three elements of the sales process: 1. Planning/strategy. Both Danny and Daniel set out a clear strategy for marketing the property including timescales and expected offers plus what to do in case this wasn’t achieved. 2. Communication. This was first rate, both in terms of frequency and content. 3. Implementation. Sales are becoming more complex and can fail after an offer has been accepted. Danny and Daniel were super in offering continued support to both parties that was integral to achieving the exchange. In summary, I would not hesitate is using Chase Buchanan again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleWe saw 3 estate agents before deciding on Chase Buchanan. We were impressed with their cavalier approach and realistic valuation, backed up with plenty of experience with trading properties during uncertain economic times. Within 2 weeks we had an offer and Danny guided us through the process as efficiently as he could, even offering advice on a property that we were considering to buy (even though it was not with Chase Buchanan). When it came down to it, we could definitely rely on Danny to manage expectations and to corral the various stakeholder to an on-time completion. Very happy we went with Chase Buchanan Richmond - thank you Danny and the team - 5 stars!
