GoogleChase Buchanan took-over as Estate Agents for a rental agreement I had as a tenant. I never really had any issues with them bar one occasion. Even that was resolved within a week or two so I can’t really fault Chase Buchanan for that. But I would like to highlight the work of Joel from their Teddington branch for his efforts in a different matter. After that tenancy had ended I accidentally had a valuable package delivered to my old rental address. I contacted Chase Buchanan to see if they could help. Joel went out of his way, confirming with the new tenants that the package had been delivered there before attending the address himself, collecting the package and sending it to my new address. It arrived the next day and I can’t thank Joel enough for his efforts - definitely a credit to Chase Buchanan!
