Can’t recommend Jenna from the Teddington Lettings office enough! I walked into the office in the hope to find something to move into before Christmas, Jenna was super friendly and professional! The agent demonstrated a great exemple on why estate agent can have a bad reputation. They were trying to sale a flat which wasn’t saleable, which we found out 6 months in the process. They probably do their job when there is no problem solving to do.. because the client relation skills were very poor in our situation. They did not tried to contact me as the comment stats below. I will stay away from this agency. I now found my new home with a different estate agency who showed more professionalism and human skills.
