We recently moved into a property managed by Chase Buchanan Sales & Letting, Twickenham. The service was exemplary. Any issue that arose was dealt with immediately, and in a friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble. We can't praise the letting and management team highly enough. We highly recommend them! Sincerely, John Smallcombe

Pippa and the team at Chase Buchanan have been so friendly, professional and efficient. From answering all of our questions at the viewing to helping us with all queries on the phone and getting the contract and checks sorted smoothly and quickly, every stage of our journey has been quick and easy, leaving more time for excitement about moving in! Couldn’t recommend Pippa highly enough, leaps and bounds ahead of other estate agent I’ve dealt with before and so kind!

It was a real delight dealing with Karen when we were buying recently in Teddington. A good listener who made sure that she understood our objectives and motivations and never tried to shovel everything/anything at us. During the transaction process she was very proactive by helping to push things along and solve issues as they arose. The rest of the team were also cut from the same cloth. Thank you to all!

Pippa was fantastic from accomodating viewing times to the knowledge of the area and property. She was always happy to answer any further questions and guided us to give the best offer and it meant we had a rental property secured within a week.

Jenna helped us throughout the process of finding a new home and was very attentive. We were able to organise multiple viewings through her and she was on call during the application process in which we needed to act upon fairly quickly. I would be happy to work with Jenna again if the opportunity presented itself.
