GoogleQuick and efficient service, contacted Chase Buchanan this week about a flat, viewed today and already at the referencing stage. Viewing was done by George, who answered all my questions and has been communicating since via both email/phone to make the process as smooth as possible!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Joel, our letting agent, and the rest of the team at Chase Buchanan. Joel was professional, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the process. We originally loved the property but missed out on securing it as we were away during the viewings. When the initial tenancy fell through, Joel got back in touch straight away, knowing how much we liked it. We’d also like to thank Lianne, who was incredibly helpful and also made the process extremely smooth. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to secure the property, and we’re so pleased with how everything worked out. GoogleI can’t recommend Chase Buchanan Sales & Lettings - St Margarets enough, especially Louis Dunn. I’m in the middle of a divorce, so looking for a new home was really emotional, but Louis made the whole process so much easier. He was kind, supportive, and really took the time to understand what I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made everything feel personal and stress-free. GoogleWe’ve recently used Chase Buchanan for a rental property and couldn’t be happier with the service received, particularly from Ayesha Uddin. Ayesha was extremely responsive whenever we sent in a query and went out of her way to help us with the process, which made the overall experience so smooth. I don’t think I’ve used an agency before that made you feel at ease and comfortable like this one and a huge thank you to Ayesha for her help!! GoogleWe had a nice experience renting with Chase Buchanan. The viewing was arranged almost immediately after I called, and the agents clearly have strong communication channels with the Landlord because any requests from to him and vice versa were processed with lightning speed. Our agent, George, was very responsive, professional, and clear. The agency manager, Chelsea, was very knowledgable, approachable, and professional.

GoogleCannot recommend George Burman-James at Chase Buchanan Richmond highly enough. Not only has he understood my property requirements and found the perfect new home for me, he has gone very far out of his way all through the process to ensure that all will go through as we wish so I can move as quickly as I'd like.
