GoogleHorrible experience with this branch. Our offer was accepted for a Lettings property and a holding deposit was paid. We were sent the draft contract and link to begin our reference checks. Obviously you can imagine the relief of this after searching for a property for over 3 months. Within a few hours we were subsequently told that the landlord had gone with another offer. Point of a holding deposit then? Very disappointed with their service.

GoogleMy wife and I recently relocated to London from the US for work and I was placed in the care of George at Chase Buchanan for my home search. George and the CB team did a fantastic job of taking the stress out of the process. The property they showed us was exactly what we were looking for, and even though we looked at several properties with a few other agents during our search, it was George and the CB team that nailed it on the first try. Once we made our offer, George made quick work of getting all of the details sorted. We got approved and signed our paperwork within a matter of hours. He has overseen the process with most of the viewings and phone calls. Joel has been amazing, very reassuring throughout and always friendly and courteous.
