GoogleI can honestly say that the service provided by Charter Whyman, from sale to completion, was extremely high. In particular in the phase after selling our property and the run up to exchange and completion. It straddled the lockdown period and yet at no point were we left in the dark. Magdalena was always available and really did go the extra mile in her efforts to hold together what was a precarious, not to mention long, chain, for a mammoth 9 month long roller coaster. Trupti now supports me with any ongoing queries / problems that pop up as a tenant. Communication lines are fantastic, which at this difficult time is even more important. GoogleAfter being treating exceptionally badly by another Estate Agent, Charter Whyman came to the rescue and we secured another rental property quickly and efficiently. Since then, Trupti has come on board and taken over the inspections and management of the property. She is very quick and efficient to respond to any queries, and is very pleasant and convivial to deal with. GoogleWhen privately renting it can be a real worry when it comes to repairs that are needed, and having privately rented many properties in the last 10 years I’ve come across a range of agents and landlords and can honestly say that Trupti at Charter Whyman is a total asset to the company. GoogleThis was my first time renting out my apartment in Letchworth and from the time I first approached Charter Whyman (via whom I originally purchased the property) with a view to letting it out, their support and professionalism have been brilliant. From the manager, Salim who arranged the marketing through to Ines and Trupti who provide the ongoing negotiations and management, I could not find fault nor be better pleased. GoogleFrom the start of the process of selling our home the whole team at Charter Whyman were fabulous. From my initial contact with Simon Walton, the house valuation , professional photos, sales particulars, and the walk through video by Jonathon were all completed in 5 days and we were primed for success . The team didn't disappoint, only sending qualified buyers to view the property, which resulted in fabulous interest and an asking price offer in 14 days (during a pandemic) . Magdalena Lora the Senior Sales Progressor then took over. What can you say about Magdalena, she is the most competent , patient and professional person you could wish to have on your team. When we were given an ultimatum by one of the chain (not me) she rose to the occasion, successfully coordinating and managing all parts of the chain to meet the deadline. We exchanged in just 9 weeks when considering we had a 2 week shut down for Christmas and New year and a new national lock down in the middle is simply amazing. GoogleCharter Whyman have just completed the sale of our property, which owing to Covid, has taken far longer than anyone could have imagined. They were very considerate and respectful (we are in our eighties) from the outset. Simon was always very pleasant to deal with and helpful throughout the process, but especially after lockdown when the end of the chain broke down and a new and reliable buyer was needed for our buyer's property.
