FacebookA really positive experience from start to finish. I approached CW for the sale of my mother’s home after her death, and they were professional, effective and sensitive in the circumstances. They are very hands on, making the effort to create a relationship with the client, which results in what feels like a very personal service. We are currently part way through our third transaction with them (both buying and selling), and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Notable shoutout to Danny, Andrew and Johnathon whose communication throughout made the process as seamless as it could be through difficult times.

From introducing us to the area and quickly establishing our requirements, to keeping us up to date with new houses on the market, showing us round and then guiding us through a very difficult sales process, due to a huge chain. FacebookWould highly recommend CW. There are so many agents to choose from now in Letchworth but the team and service we received for ourselves and our buyers was excellent. We had some issues with the first buyer through no fault of their own and the house was sold again within a week. The end to end service we received was professional, supportive and responsive. Thank you to all the team in Letchworth for helping us through the process.

Everything from the first viewing at our new property handled by Danny, all the way through to the care and attention lead by Andrew; we thoroughly recommend using this top performing estate agents. The while team did everything in their power to take charge of the entire process which made the transition of homes incredibly smooth, plus communication was impeccable. Thoroughly happy with this amazing service.

Matthew was very reassuring and reactive when we had concerns about some developments along the way. Simon did a great job of selling their service to us in the first place, with no high pressure sales exerted upon us. All in all, we trusted this company to guide us through the uncertain and sometimes worrying period that ensues when moving house. We would highly recommend them.

FacebookCW were excellent from start to finish of our sale, the staff are very amicable and professional. They were constantly in touch on a weekly if not daily basis updating us on progress. I generally am not keen on estate agents but I thought they were excellent and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

GoogleWouldn’t trust them at all. They use shoddy contractors who use inferior quality products and over charge you. If you’re thinking of using these guys to rent your house out, then think again.
