FacebookCharter Whyman have just completed the sale of our elderly parents property, which owing to Covid, has taken far longer than anyone could have imagined. They were very considerate and respectful of our parents from the outset. Simon was always very pleasant to deal with and helpful throughout the process, but especially after lockdown when the end of the chain broke down and a new and reliable buyer was needed for our buyer's property. Other members of the team we dealt with were also very helpful and communication throughout was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend them.

We were particularly impressed with Simon at the valuation stage of selling our house. He was professional and didn’t give any pressurised sales pitch. Simon priced our house well, and it sold within a week to a quality buyer. They followed up with the sales process and were always happy to answer my questions about the progression. Our chain needed to exchange contracts on a certain date, and Andrew did an stellar job of chasing down quite a few loose ends to ensure we met our deadline. From start to finish, everything went smoothly to minimise the stress of a house sale. As far as we are concerned, the Charter Whyman team provide an exceptional service.
