They have found me 2 good reliable tenants over the past 3 years and always made the process of swapping tenants stress free. I also found Salim to be a great help, especially when arranging any maintenance work or contact with the tenants. Would highly recommend

Salim is very easy to deal with and offers a great management service. No issues with tenants Charter Whyman found who have just signed on for another year.

Friendly and professional staff from start to finish worked their socks off to market, sell our property and see it through to completion. When our first sale fell through CW kept our spirits up and quickly found us a new buyer. The team worked really hard to sell my dads house, which we had previously tried to sell through another local agent. We were kept up to speed with any developments from initial viewings right through to signing the contract. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agent.
