GoogleSuper super unprofessional company. Back in March they organised a gas check with my mum and didn't turn up, my mum called them up to query why in a very friendly manner and the man who answered the phone was confrontational and aggressive. Also see we weren't the only ones to deal with a super rude staff member. Would avoid at all costs.

GoogleI am always amazed on the fast answers given by Charles Derby Estate agents. I mainly dealt with Priyanka in the past three years and you definitely cannot fault her. Always here to help and advise and tried to make it as easy and compliant as possible when I first moved in from France. I cannot dream of a better agency and truth must be said, she even advised me when I needed help with another agency in the past. If I had to buy any house I would, for sure, stick to Charles Derby and request for Priyanka 😍PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThese folks haven't got a clue and the lady I spoke to last year and today was extremely rude!! I enquired about a unit with them that clearly stated the following. GoogleI would try and avoid using this agent where possible, after making multiple enquiries about a property, I was met with unprofessional staff who advised they'd call back at specific times and had failed to do so. Tired of chasing, shocking experience and will not be using them again.

GoogleHave used Charles Derby Estates a few times over the last few years . Have helped us in respect of arranging a mortgage and finding tenants . Ever so helpful and friendly team and updating us as and matter progresses. Have also helped us find tradesman for jobs that are required . Will certainly use them again.

GoogleThis guy is an absolute joke can’t not manage properties nor does he know what condition the house is in prior to renting... taking money off people under false pretences!! POOR MANAGEMENT/ POOR BEHAVIOUR!!! Rude towards my elderly mother!! I bet the other people are known to this individual AVIOD AT ALL COSTSNegativeQuality, Professionalism

In consideration of your elderly parents the landlord required to delay your move in as essential works needed to be carried out with the boiler and the connecting pipes. These faults were detected at the last moment by the landlords engineer. Had the move in gone ahead your parents would have been inconvenienced which we would not allow. Please note all monies were also promptly returned back to you. Many weeks later, you called us from a private number and without disclosing your identity, verbally abused a member of our staff which we will not tolerate.

GoogleI am very pleased to say that we had appointed Charles Derby Estate Agent on Melton Road to sell our property in Leicester, after making initial enquires with Mr Lakhani, within minutes Priyanka and Mr Lakhani came to view the property and gave us their genuine and honest advice. “That’s what I call prompt and first class service” Upon appointing them to sell our property, within few days numerous viewing were made and the sale was secured. Throughout the process they had shown very professional approach, in particular Priyanka being very polite and helpful, answering any queries we had. I would highly recommend their business and without any doubt use them in future. Once again thank you all and well done.
