Thank you to OLIVIA today who was very polite, anything that she was unsure of was noted down to find out (shared access path), respectful to us as viewers of the property but equally for the owners in terms of us taking our shoes off. Olivia showed us EVERYTHING from the access at the front to the parking around the back and even waited out in the cold for us to arrive, just in case we were unsure of the exact property as it was in a tucked away location. A BRILLIANT viewing on behalf of the owners and Chamberlains! Thank you again :)

My first house purchase in Devon went really smoothly with Chamberlains. Zoë couldn't have been more helpful in understanding my requirements, finding suitable properties, holding them for me, excellent and friendly communications by phone and email with me/ solicitors etc to ensure the chain kept moving, even sourcing furniture for me! Even though she was acting for the sellers she achieved the best solution for all of us. Now I have my perfect property and Zoë was such a pleasure to work with. Well done!
