GoogleI have not sold in Teignmouth before and the Estate Agent we bought our present house through 16 years ago is no longer in Teignmouth. I walked into Chamberlain Teignmouth shop with my wife to talk about putting my Mother in law’s apartment on the market. Helen met us and talked through the issues. I have no regrets whatsoever that we asked Chamberlains to help us. The service that we received was exemplary and could not have been better. They kept me fully informed throughout. I highly recommend anyone thinking of selling to use Chamberlains as I am convinced that they will not regret it.

GoogleThe Teignmouth branch of Chamberlains recently completed the sale of my Mother in laws house. Helen and her team worked tirelessly to get this through, the sale involved a long and complicated chain. They were brilliant at keeping the whole process on track, communicating with my elderly Mother in law frequently, sometimes way past office hours and when problems arose finding solutions. Our whole family agreed their efforts and professionalism was worth every penny of their fee, which we considered to be very reasonable. We would totally recommend Helen and her team at Chamberlains in Teignmouth, they were brilliant.

GoogleWe were lucky that Chamberlains were the selling agents for the house in Teignmouth we were interested in. There were a number of ongoing challenges during the conveyancing process that Helen, in particular, became intimately involved as the go-between all parties using the skill of top-notch communication. More so than I have ever previously experienced. This was just as well, as, without that, I cannot see how the transaction could have been concluded. It was also gratifying that all the staff in the office were interested and happy to become positively involved when required. If selling, I would certainly recommend this team, because they are the best locally at achieving satisfactory conclusions through hard work and dogged determination. Thank you!
