GoogleWe moved from Derbyshire to Devon after buying our house through Chamberlains, and I can honestly say that every time we rang or asked a question nothing was a problem. The team you have at Newton Abbot are a credit to your name, very professional and also Dave the manager was a breath of fresh air, every time we had a problem or a question his voice was always so helpful, nothing was ever to much trouble. Again very professional, thank you so much for making our move so easy going, we will definitely use you again. Thanks Again.

GoogleThe Team at Newton Abbot are exemplary. I have had used their expertise previously and had no reservations in returning to sell my house with them exclusively. From the initial valuation and promotion visit by Dave , followed by Michelle's professional , personal service , complemented by Beth's' tenacity and care chasing up solicitors and vendors, I am enormously grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending Chamberlains to anyone, they really do care about your individual situation .

GoogleThe Newton Abbot team of Michelle, Beth and Dave could not have done anymore than they did to assist us with our sale. We had a very bad experience with our solicitor but through it all they tried to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. They are all very friendly and approachable and I would certainly use Chamberlains again in the future. If you are thinking of buying or selling I would give them a try.

It has been a long drawn out purchase but we have had complete support and a first class sevice from Chamberlains in Teignmouth from all the staff - In particular from Helen who worked really hard liasing with both sides on our behalf. GoogleAs a first time buyer, I wasn't aware how much is involved in buying a home. Despite the property being with another agent, as the onward chain involved Chamberlains - they were proactive and extremely impressive in getting the chain moving, whilst my agents seemingly ended their interest once the sale was agreed! Considering there was no benefit to Chamberlains in getting involved in my part of the chain, James spent hours dealing with my solicitors and presumably others, to cut through red tape & delays threatening to turn a first time purchase into a drawn out nightmare. Whilst the chain moving would I'm sure of benefited them I cannot thank Chamberlains enough for their refreshing approach to estate agency and actually understanding that a house purchase isn't just a transaction, they actually care about the people changing their lives!

I can say hand on heart that the only reason we moved at all was thanks to the hard work, determination and patience of Michelle, Dave and the team. This was no easy move where everything that could go wrong - did go wrong. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to them (Michelle in particular) we are now in our dream home. Thank you guys.
