GoogleGreat customer service bought the house with in the asking time. Which was great. The ladies were lovely to us. They helped us every time we asked for something. Gave us what we asked for. Great team as well. Always called us back when we asked them to. Unlike most people saying they will call back and never do. Thank you guys you were GREAT.

GoogleWe are buying a house through Chamberlains in Teignmouth and have been extremely impressed with the professional & friendly service we've received from all the staff here. We must single out the manger, Helen, for a special mention. When our purchase of another house through a different agent fell through, Helen contacted us and mentioned she was taking instructions on a house she thought might suit us, and would we like to view. We liked the property very much, even more than the one we'd just lost, and offered on it. Helen's negotiating skills are first class, and there was a very happy outcome for all concerned. The Chamberlains team have been very good at keeping us informed throughout the buying process. Very happy to recommend them.

GoogleNever having bought or sold a property before I was extremely nervous about having to sell my mother's and our family's much loved home - luckily I picked the right people for the job! A friend recommended Chamberlains & she was right. Zoe offered the best rate & deal & explained the process every step of the way. She and Amy dealt with all the viewings & immediately reported any feedback. They were always on the end of a phone or email and happy to answer any questions & to give advice and support whenever needed. Nothing ever felt like it was too much trouble. They certainly went above and beyond the extra mile. I really cannot fault them and highly recommend them to any prospective buyers/sellers - you will be in safe hands

GoogleI bought with Chamberlains ....They were everything I could wish for from an Agent ....The buying and selling aspect in England and Wales has become a minefield of gazumpers ...and people that start out with good intentions being badly let down by the greed of both buyers and certainly sellers. Unfortunately we have no laws governing this lucrative but misused Market until exchange of contract. Getting an honest honourable Agent like Chamberlains is an excellent start to hopefully a swift transaction.
Thanks David. Chamberlains offers a full service not just selling your property but also the after sales service. Being honest and reliable really helps avoid fall through’s and great communication is vital.

I would like to commend the whole team on their understanding and kindness. GoogleThe team at the Bovey Tracey office were excellent. Zoe went the extra mile to ensure as smooth a purchase as possible. She knew lots of information about the house. She was great at finding out what was going on and communicating this with me. If Zoe was unavailable, Jess was always on hand to help and she always knew what was happening. I higley recommend them as agents.

The whole process was easy and efficient for us as sellers We felt confident and assured by James, the director, he is very personable and professional. What really impressed us, was the video that was made of our home and large grounds, it gave you the feel of the place and how private and magical it is. James and his assistant Scarlet kept us informed at all times, we are extremely happy with the whole service. A huge thank you to all involved.

GoogleJames and his team were great to deal with, unlike one of the other Newton Abbot estate agents (we were 15 weeks into another property purchase and were being totally messed about by the seller's agent - mentioning no names YM)! After deciding enough was enough- we started our search again and totally fell in love with a Fine and Country property. Being in a chain which had just about completed- we were desperate for a quick turn around and James Cooper and his very proficient team helped turn our subsequent property purchase around in 5 weeks. James and co were really professional, helpful and communicative and above all honest!- just what you need when going through the adventures of moving home! I would definitely use Fine and Country again!

GoogleHighly recommended. Thank you so much to James at Fine and Country for getting our house purchase over the line. It was a reasonably complex sale and James was representing the seller but he was a fantastic help to both sides throughout. We found him to be open, honest and trustworthy, he kept the communication flowing throughout and when there were bumps in the road he navigated them calmly and professionally. I know he went above and beyond anything that would normally be expected in his support to the seller too. Highly recommended.

The guide price was suggested by the agent who then identified the most likely buyers (from overseas) amongst those viewing, spent some considerable time answering their queries and achieved a sale at the full asking price within three weeks from launch. The agent continued to be involved with both parties and their lawyers right up to exchange and completion. We couldn't have had a better experience.
