From the moment I met Helen at our flat, I felt confident that I had chosen the right agents. She had a really good knowledge of local property, values, timescales and conveyancing agents. She filled me with confidence, answering all my questions and was very positive, even though the housing market isn't as bouyant as it was.
And she wasn't pushy,
I was left to go away and discuss everything with my husband and mull things over for a few days.
We are so glad that we chose Chamberlains. Their communication skills were excellent and we were given lots of notice of viewings and feedback afterwards.
The whole team introduced themselves and all made a point of becoming familiar with our property.
They were professional , positive and friendly throughout.
So thankyou so much for your efforts to successfully sell our flat, you are by far the best local agents and I would advise any prospective sellers to use Chamberlains.
