GoogleI was very impressed by the professionalism of the Chamberlain's Team from the Teignmouth office. Their estimate of a suitable asking price matched mine and was not inflated in an attempt to gain my business. They kept me informed of the progress of my sale and expertly accompanied potential buyers around the property. From initial Marketing through to Completion the process was extremely smooth.

GoogleWe could not fault Helen, Yvonne and the rest of the team on their professionalism, help and understanding. Living 300 miles away is difficult when you are selling a property and have to leave it empty. However the team at Chamberlains surpassed all expectations and helped us enormously over the past 6 months or so it took to sell the property. We recommend highly as the estate agents in Teignmouth

GooglePositive and proactive sales team who were instrumental in securing the sale of our property and kept us involved in the whole process throughout. The team were very helpful good natured and supportive at all times My only criticism was that we were not advised to decorate the property as they believed that it would sell with potential and we finally , after 3-4 months of no movement took this decision ourselves - this had the immediate effect of an offer and resulted in the sale. Once there was this interest however Chamberlains were very active and instrumental in securing the sale at a good price
Thank you for your re-view and your feedback about the decorating which did make a difference in the end to achieve a sale. We will take this on board for advising some vendors in the future. Thank you for coming back to us to sell the house when the other agent was unsuccessful. Even though our fee was slightly higher we hope the extra advertising and the hours we are available made the difference in achieving a stress free sale.

GoogleThe personal care and attention to detail that we received from Helen and her team has been second to none. Having moved house 27 times in my life time, I can say, without doubt, that Chamberlains have been the most professional and caring estate agents that I have ever experienced. I would commend them with real confidence to anyone. When you are moving house, you are really moving home, and the little details matter to you. Chamberlains really get that.

GoogleWe had to sell a property in the UK whilst living overseas. Our first email from Helen the Manager stated " we are here to help you make the whole process as stress free as possible, so whenever we can help, please do let me know.” This was entirely true. Helen and her staff were marvellous, supporting us all the way with excellent communication and feedback. They found a buyer in a matter of weeks when the previous agents took months without success. We wished we'd commissioned Chamberlains from the start! We'd most definitely recommend them.
I'm so pleased we lived up to my promises! Thanks for spreading the word! Thanks for giving us the property to sell. Sometimes people don't change agents, even when dis-satisfied.
