GoogleThe property I bought was marketed by Chamberlains in Teignmouth. The purchase had a number of complicating factors and I found Helen (the Manager) excellent in overcoming all difficulties, smoothing contact with the vendors and providing good advice. Communication was very good throughout this process. A much better experience than the larger chain of estate agents that I used for my own sale.

Their estimate of a suitable asking price matched mine and was not inflated in an attempt to gain my business. They kept me informed of the progress of my sale and expertly accompanied potential buyers around the property. From initial Marketing through to Completion the process was extremely smooth.

GoogleWe could not fault Helen, Yvonne and the rest of the team on their professionalism, help and understanding. Living 300 miles away is difficult when you are selling a property and have to leave it empty. However the team at Chamberlains surpassed all expectations and helped us enormously over the past 6 months or so it took to sell the property. We recommend highly as the estate agents in Teignmouth
