They knew their client base and who it was suited to and after two pre-market viewings we achieved a sale at the full asking price. What more could you ask for! The team at Chamberlains, provided professional, courteous and friendly service from beginning to end. We were kept informed at every stage with telephone and email updates. We had the property marketed by two other agents prior to instructing Chamberlains the level of service received from the other agents doesn’t come anywhere near the standard and the commitment given by Chamberlains. They will be our first choice next time we sell.

Thank you for your review. All feedback is valued. We’re sorry if you found our service to be as you described. That is certainly not the way we want customers to feel. We have to act for the vendor and have to take their instructions in situations and chase things through on their behalf if there are delays. We did give constant reassurances to the vendors on your behalf so you could secure the purchase in the end. We hope you enjoy your new home, thank you for the feedback.

GoogleVery helpfull and friendly team. They were the sellers agent but seemed to be more on the ball than my agent and helped to move things along. However some requests were forgotten or ignored but they were dealing with a stressed mover. hhh.... So lost a point.

GoogleMy Wife and I recently bought a local bungalow which was being marketed by Chamberlains Newton Abbot. From the outset their customer focus was excellent and although we weren't the vendors, the staff did all they could for us to ensure a swift and smooth sale. We were kept well informed of any progress in the sale, and at the start we received a personal visit from Dave the Manager, who brokered our offer to the vendor. We bought the bungalow as a renovation project to sell, and we'll definitely make an approach to Chamberlains about marketing the property for us. Their fully managed service is excellent, hassle free and I would highly recommend this to any landlord considering renting out their property. Professional service all round and everyone I have dealt with has been superb.
