GoogleChamberlains both sold my house in Lower Brimley and found the house we bought and now live in, though the purchase was actually through Fine and Country. I spent my working life in the Construction Industry and can honestly say that I have never had service from an Estate Agent as good as that we received from Chamberlains. On both deals the Sales Team that we dealt with, being James, Zoe and Amy, were exemplary and the service they gave us exceptional; they could not have been more helpful. And our special thanks and compliments go to James who, I feel, served his Client exceptionally well in difficult circumstances and equally served us exceptionally well as prospective purchasers. He undoubtedly did an awful lot more than one would expect from an Agent. So, tank you Chamberlains - you did us proud!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI strongly recommend Fine and Country who provided an excellent, friendly service through thick and thin and finally we were able to celebrate the completion on our family home. My agent Ian demonstrated patience and perseverance through the stressful times and a dedication second to none. An important factor for me having been let down by another agent was that he takes pride in his work and cares about the impact on everyone, demonstrating an impartial stance in a very difficult sale. GoogleHaving previously received very mediocre service from estate agents, the experience when selling a house with Chamberlaines recently came as a breath of fresh air. Zoe was professional but friendly from day one , and was more than helpful with every aspect of the sale, her local knowledge of who to use for whatever was needed proving invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble and she held my hand all the way through the process ably assisted by Alex if she was ever unavailable. I would highly recommend Chamberlaines to anyone .

GoogleCouldn’t thank Zoe and Alex more for their 5* support and professionalism throughout our sale and purchase. Zoe went over and above for us and was there whenever we needed her. She replied to us out of hours, chased without us even asking and steadied the ship in what was a stressful time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. You can not compare an independent agent with this level of service to a low budget factory outfit- worth every penny when making such a big life decision.
