GoogleWe had earlier found a suitable property with another agent, unfortunately we lost out to another buyer, but Chamberlains, who had already been recommended, set about searching for something suitable. Within a day or so, we were offered another property which met our requirements and our offer was accepted.
During the process from submitting an offer to completion, a sad and unfortunate complication emerged beyond everyone's control, but while this caused a delay, we were kept in the picture of developments, offered assurances on the progress of our purchase, and things were always dealt with in a calm and reassuring fashion.
