GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Bovey Tracey through Chamberlains and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From our very first interaction, Olivia was approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Having viewed many properties beforehand and experienced some more forceful sales approaches from other estate agents, her relaxed and professional manner was a refreshing change during what can often be a stressful process. During each viewing, Olivia gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and if she didn't have the information immediately to hand, she was quick to find out and always responded promptly to emails. As the purchase progressed, Olivia kept us informed with regular updates and worked proactively to ensure everything stayed on track, helping us reach an exchange and completion date that suited all parties. Thank you to Olivia and the entire Chamberlains Bovey Tracey team for their excellent support throughout our purchase. They made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, and we're delighted to be settling into such a lovely town.

GoogleZoë and Olivia at the Bovey Tracey office have been nothing short of superb. They worked tirelessly in a difficult market to secure two sales of my property, with the sales only falling through due to totally unforeseen circumstances. They advice and thoughtfulness have been invaluable and made what is a stressful process, far more tolerable. Friendly, incredibly responsive and always looking for new ways to market and sell, they have been nothing short of first class and I would unfailingly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleDon't waste your time with any other estate agents in Teignmouth, we did before we discovered chamberlain's. We have had the pleasure of using Helen and her team twice now and they've delivered on point both times. The latest sale completed in quick time with very little stress or fuss.

GoogleWe didn't initially go with Chamberlains - but with hindsight we wish we had! Our house was on the market for 9 months with another agent and not a single offer. We changed over to Chamberlains and had an offer within a week which went all the way to completion. So that speaks for itself! Helen and the team were very easy to deal with and there was none of the 'pushy-ness' often associated with a sales team, just professionalism and no harsh sales tactics to get us onboard. They were very good at keeping is informed and following things up from both sides. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them or using them again. Fantastic service!

GoogleHelen and her team have done an amazing job in selling our house in a very difficult period for the housing market. Even when there was no news we were always communicated to which was important. In the past 45 years I have bought and sold a dozen or houses and Chamberlain's have been the best. I can honestly say they go over and above what I would expect from an agent, they never let up in chasing people up and down the chain to make it all happen. A massive thankyou. 👏
