Both guys were exceptionally professionally and really knew their roles and the market well. Very easy to deal with and allowed me to have total trust in them and Cbre as a company. Will not hesitate to use cbre westferry again.

GoogleThis was the best and smoothest experience that I ever had with an agency. I would highly recomment them, I dealt with Samuel and Alex. They listened to what I was looking for and promptly set up a viewing for the perfect property (I only needed to see the one place as it was exactly what I wanted :) ) They made the reference check and admin as painfree as possible and were happy to arrange a second viewing of the property. I would highly recommend!

GoogleWhen selling our studio flat at Burrells Wharf, we had the help of Daniel Mans from CBRE. The whole process went very smoothly and Daniel was very good at communicating and keeping us up to date on what was going on with various offers from potential buyers. We no longer live in London but can highly recommend CBRE Residential and Daniel Mans for any property purchases or sales in the London area.

Although they do not manage the property, Michelle has been a great help in making the moving process easy and efficient. Would highly recommend.

GoogleCBRE have managed our property for about 8 years and they have always been great. Good communication and they always find us good tenants and manage them well. They organise any repairs etc quickly and efficiently. We live overseas so a good service is really reassuring to us. Alex handled our recent change of tenant and this was super fast, easy and he got us a great rental rate.

GoogleI used CBRE to help me find a new home and the whole process took about 2 weeks. They help you secure somewhere really fast. My agent Olivier was really nice, amazing at communicating. He would reply to emails fast, he had my telephone number. He was also patient when things needed to be done. He gave me good property advice so I knew I was making the right decision. Now I’m in my new home and I’m loving it all thanks to Olivier at CBRE. Could not have been done without you so thank you soo much :) and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy a house !

GoogleWe have used Alex Myles at CBRE for many years for the letting of our apartments in the City and have found him very proactive and professional. He has always managed to find us corporate tenants fairly quickly and have advised us well on the level of rent we could achieve for our apartments. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to any landlords with apartments to let in the City.

GoogleI have used CBRE before so had positive expectations. Daniel (CBRE agent) has continued and (so far) exceeded those expectations. I have been a buyer and a seller through CBRE. I just hope, come the day, that the renting side of the business will be just as good an experience for me. If the renting side has someone as hardworking and helpful as Daniel I’m sure I will.
