GoogleProcess was long and tedious but as are most house buying processes. Cavendish were accommodating with my requests and the best feature was being able to access the estate agents on weekends which was extremely helpful. Cavendish were also able to provide me with an independent advisor who can find conveyancing solicitors who can act on my behalf based upon my individual circumstances.

GoogleWe have bought and sold many properties through Cavendish in recent years and now don't look for any alternatives, if we have a property to sell, they are our 'go to' agents. The process always starts with a friendly chat with Hugh Evans, one of the partners. Hugh's knowledge of the local market is second to none, his suggestions are always realistic and we know we can rely on his advice. Hugh is ably supported by Gaynor, Caroline and Lun in the office who keep us informed at every stage of the selling/buying process.

GoogleAs a tenant I was present this morning at a routine property inspection from Jessica Davies of Cavendish Rentals in Chester. Jessica was friendly, polite and professional, taking photos of any maintenance issues I advised her of and generally showed great interest in the property and promised to provide a report to my Property Manager after discussing any maintenance issues with the landlord. She was good enough to advise me late this afternoon that she had already sent her report. As a tenant I felt reassured that she took some historic issues seriously which had not been the case with the previous managing agents and that they will hopefully be resolved this time. GoogleI’m a landlord and have used Cavendish for several years. Recently had a new tenancy and was impressed with the way Daniel, Nicola and Amy handled the process. I have also spoken to my tenants who were very happy with the rental process and commented on the professionalism of the staff. Karen and the general management team are also great and the quality of inventory and mid term checks is also excellent.

GoogleVery helpful and efficient staff. I had to find a property to let quickly and from the other end of the country. Daniel made it possible, negotiating with the landlord on my behalf, and Amy was really helpful when I had minor problems submitting some necessary documents.
