GoogleAll the staff at Cavendish Ruthin were were brilliant. They did a great job to sell our house and did all the viewings themselves. Our house took a while to sell but they worked tirelessly and I had no troubles. Caroline even helped us to find a rental home to move in to temporarily. Excellent team.

GoogleWe just used Cavendish to sell our house and they were absolutely magnificent from start to finish. They came and valued the house promptly (and, as it turned out, accurately!) and from that point forward communicated really well and were prompt to follow up after every viewing etc. Once we had found a buyer, they communicated well but didn’t harass either us or our conveyancers. Their commission rate was also extremely competitive. Thanks in particular go to Lun & Caroline in their Ruthin office.

GoogleAt some point, it had to be found. In amongst the deplorable riffraff of general estate agents, there statistically had to be one. You know all those times you heard people say, "I just don't understand why they don't...."? 🤔 All those occasions of bemused house buyers wondering what on earth estate agents actually DO for their 1% of your house? Well now, we've found the answer. The estate agent that actually DOES things: sensible, logical, methodical things. Enter Cavendish. *takes a bow Thank you for being the shining example of how to treat people like human beans, do an honest job and just be really really nice. Thank you for keeping us up to date at every step and more. Thanks that we didn't have to sit around wondering what was going on, anxious and forlorn waiting for searches to be returned. Particularly our appreciation goes to Tracy L. who has been nothing but outstanding since the beginning and consistently on the ball: chasing our errant solicitor, liaising with our lovely sellers, helping us with connections (eg. a local surveyor who was brilliant) and just generally being really competent. May we all get the houses of our dreams 🥂 (and you're much more likely to do so if you use Cavendish).

GoogleSophie has been excellent to deal with. Although we were often in different time zones she always responded swiftly, kept me updated with my property and always answered my queries quickly and resolved issues as they arose, even if they were outside of her remit. I feel reassured knowing she is looking after my property and tenants. Sophie is great to communicate with, nothing is too much trouble, and I can definitely recommend her.

GoogleWe had our 6 month house check with a love lady liberty glegg a new lady to us she was a very friendly lady and left her to do her checks the first thing she asked was there any issues we pointed them out and was logged in her book after her inspection had a nice breef talk and thanked each other for there time this young lady knows her job and a credit to her employer wishing her lots luck with her job as it can be very stressful at times looking for to our next meeting kindest regards dave Carolyn baker
