GoogleWe have recently been searching for rentals properties in Chester and wanted to feedback how brilliant they have has been during that process. We have moved around a great deal during the last decade and they have really stood out compared to many agents we have interacted with over that time. We are also landlords and would be very happy to know that somebody like them were managing our properties.

GoogleA poor experience as a tenant through Cavendish. At the time of ending the tenancy it was insisted there was a 'pre-inspection' to apparently assist with the final exit procedure At the pre-inspection two weeks prior to the final check out only two small issues were commented on, which were rectified by ourselves At the final check out at 14:30 on the last day of our tenancy, we were given until midnight to fix some further highlighted issues. This rendered the pre-inspection a pointless exercise. When querying this with the staff doing the check out it was dismissed because they were giving us until midnight... If these issues had been highlighted at the pre-inspection we could have fixed some of these ourselves. Despite being minor, we had little time to sort this and instead lost money off our deposit. Once the final amount to be debited from the deposit was confirmed on the Thursday, I had still heard nothing regards the return of the deposit by the following Monday so I started proceedings via the DPS, at this point the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would therefore not recommend Cavendish if you are a tenant looking for a property to rent.

GoogleThe staff at Cavendish were so efficient in helping us move in quickly and have been extremely helpful since. Emma is wonderful in the Mold office and always responds to queries quickly. Highly recommend if you are looking for a letting agents that look after their tenants!

GoogleThis is our third time of renting and after a couple of stressful experiences with other agents, we found Cavendish to be a lot easier to deal with. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful throughout, making our move run smoothly. Happy to have them managing our tenancy and would gladly recommend them.
