GoogleWe found Cavendish Residential to be really excellent Agents. Ours was not an easy purchase, in that we were buying whilst based in a foreign country with Covid as an added problem. At every stage Caroline, Gaynor and Luned were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The sale went through on time and I believe they served the interests of both the Vendors and the Purchasers in an even-handed and courteous way. I would recommend Cavendish Residential without reservation.

GoogleCavendish Ruthin are absolutely superb agents and I would positively recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home. I have been involved in many property transactions and can honestly say that Caroline is the best agent I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was too much trouble and her level of communication, professionalism and determination were vital to making sure my transaction made it to completion due to its complex nature. GoogleVery professional company update : I was wrong I am sorry to say, their direct actions damaged the property value at 32 hoole road by at least £300,000 in just 3 weeks without further explanation (I have a copy of their minimum 800k valuation email FROM a director) and is now part of a royal courts of justice appeal for their and others actions! They may claim it was by legal instruction of others but what other estate agent would even agree too this given any probate matter is meant to increase of max ones estate value not decrease it after being on their books for only 16 days and dropping the price by £250,000 there is no excuse or professional get out it was all one big confidence trick helping a now removed second legal executer! They damaged their own company they just assumed no-one would find out about this local and national probate scam. In response to Mr Adams below its the same company, same company logo and same directors just because you get most things right, you failed by £300,000 in this occasion, sort it or live with it!

GoogleSatisfied with most of Cavendish staff services. They help me a lot in the whole rental services and even after sales. Their prompt replies made the process work frequently. However I reserved one star for the improvement of their services especially the receptionist of the maintenance department.

GoogleNicola and the team have dealt with our rental property for many years and we consider it money well spent - I know some people have the view that it's maybe an unnecessary expense if you're on hand and can deal with it yourself. However, we couldn't put a price on peace of mind - everything over the years has been dealt with efficiently, we're always informed of any problem or potential issue, contractors are instructed for any work, inspections are regularly made to ensure the property is in good order, we're given feedback on any work carried out, necessary inspections are arranged (boiler maintenance, EPC report, PAT test etc.), finding tenants and carrying out the necessary checks, keeping up to date with the ever changing policies - the list goes on. We can't thank them enough for the consistently great job and great service over the years, and we would recommend them to anyone thinking about using an agent for their rental property.
