GoogleViewed a property with Sophie who was very polite, easy to talk to and provided plenty of detail. Ended up not applying for the property as it wasn't for me but will be happy for future viewings based on the experience.

GoogleMy experience with Cavendish Rentals is limited to a few viewings, but I can attest to how helpful, friendly and responsive Sophie Lewis has been, making the experience of viewing/renting a new place, which can be harrowing at the best of times, an enjoyable one.

GoogleFrom the start, our experience with Sophie and The Cavendish Estate Agents, Mold have been very positive. All the questions we have asked about properties have been answered honestly and with lots of thought. Explaining the process and time scale has been a great help too. Thank you for your help. GoogleCavendish Rentals is a fantastic company. They offer online viewing for their properties, which provides flexibility and gives prospective tenants a good chance to decide whether or not they actually want to make a journey out to a property. As a first time renter, I had a wonderful time working with Daniel and Nicola in order to sort everything. They were kind, very professional, and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend going to Cavendish over other Lettings Agents, as I've found that some other companies are rather unresponsive or unprofessional in their correspondence.

GoogleCavendish Ruthin have sold two propertys for us that where not at all straightforward sales, but from the initial first meeting with Hugh, right through to completion, the staff could not have been more helpfull, especially Caroline who went above and beyond to keep us and our buyers in the loop with everything that was happening. Thank you all, we would highly recommend using Cavendish .

GoogleWe recently completed on a purchase through Cavendish in Rhuthun. As we were relocating from some distance away we were most appreciative of the excellent communication and regular updates that we received. Lun, Gaynor and Caroline were always happy to help with our enquiries, never failed to respond to us and did a great job liaising with the vendor. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a property through them.

GoogleRemarkable! We bought from a couple who had used Cavendish. In all dealings we had with Cavendish they were humans rather than estate agents! Helpful, polite, well humoured and generally great. If we sell in the future, we'll absolutely come to Cavendish. Well done.

GoogleDaniel and the team at Cavendish Rentals have been extremely helpful. One of the few agencies in the area that does online viewings, an excellent one at that. Very convenient for those who are working full time and have no family/friends in the area. All processes were explained comprehensively and they have all been very helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.
