GoogleI would advise individuals to exercise caution when considering transactions with this particular company. Instead, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative estate agency when selling your property, there are several reputable agencies in Ruthin. It is essential for estate agents to fulfill their legal obligation of disclosing any known issues that may impact a buyer's decision regarding a property. Unfortunately, in my personal experience, this company failed to disclose significant information in my case. I was genuinely taken aback by the management's apparent lack of comprehension regarding consumer legislation. As a result, the matter is currently under investigation by the Property Ombudsman.

GoogleCavendish have been exceptional dealing with my Mums move Very professional, empathic and understanding. I highly recommend the whole team. As Mum is 85 and I am 200 miles away the team especially Sophie Lewis ( negotiator) have kept in close contact daily.(thankyou Sophie for promptly answering all my emails) And thankyou to Nicola and Annie you are all obviously a great team

GoogleWe live overseas and have just handed over the letting and management of our house to Sophie in the Mold office. Why didn’t we do it sooner? Sophie is amazing, so knowledgeable, quick to respond to any questions we have and an absolute joy to work with. We had been managing the house ourselves because of a prior poor experience through a different agent, wow, total chalk and cheese. I can 100% recommend Sophie and Cavendish, you won’t be disappointed.
