FacebookWe sold our family home through Castle Hill Properties and were so pleased with the service. Having to move my family & be in a chain was overwhelming but they supported us the whole way, were very transparent & just made the entire process easier. Thanks guys.

FacebookWhere to start. They took 6 months to get a tenant in to my flat and then I discovered he had misled them about his circumstances. They lost my keys and had to have the locks replaced. They regularly took a week to reply to emails and each time they ‘had someone interested, should be in in 2 weeks’ time’ which of course never happened. They got work done on my flat and when it wasn’t completed refused to tell me who the contractor was or ensure it was finished. I eventually contacted The Property Ombudsman who pushed Castle Hill to agree in writing to get the work finished but despite this they didn’t honour their promise . As soon as I went to TPO they didn’t respond to ANY mails, phone calls or requests to open up an official complaint. Castle Hill take as much advantage as they can of an unregulated industry, please beware.
