GoogleCarl was great. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helped us achieve a great offer. We moved to Castle Hill after we were listed with another high street agent and we found Carl’s approach kept our best interests in mind rather than just pushing us to take up the first low offer. Once we had the offer the Castle Hill team then stepped in to ensure the transaction went through smoothly. We would definitely recommend Carl and team.

GoogleCarl has been a breath of fresh air. He turns up early to all appointments, and is well prepared.He is responsive to all queries and follows up on his actions. The virtual tour of the property has made a real difference. The open day was a real success leading to 3 offers. Love the house buyers guide complete with QR code !! Would definitely recommend

FacebookHad a fantastic experience with finding a tennent for my house...Sales assistant Poppy was magnificent and kept me updated at all times via email and phone calls regarding potential tenants and was always courteous and of a professional manner...as well as calling me on few occasions after a tenant was found to make sure everything was ok...an asset to the company..thank you poppy..would def recommend this company.

FacebookAbsolutely terrible/unprofessional agency (backed with evidence): In November 21 I had an offer accepted for a flat in Bodium Court Park Royal. My main worry was that the tenants were still in the flat which Jasmeet reassured me they will be leaving asap. The paperwork was delayed by the sellers solicitor which I thought was suspicious however again Jasmeet reassured me that they are leaving and initially that we would complete before Christmas then when I was about to extend my rental contract she said no as I will complete by February max. After delayed paperwork for more than a few month she texted me in March that the tenants will not leave and it is up to me if I want to wait till they leave or not. Finding out afterwards also that she had kept the flat on sale all that time and has been negotiating offers with other buyers without telling them there is an offer accepted. Please avoid this agency, most of the reviews here are done by friends/relatives of the owner Jasmeet. Thank you for reading
Dear Mostafa, I am sorry you feel this way, and can understand your frustration. In response to your comments; you withdrew from the purchase and during the transaction, viewings did not take place. As you can appreciate, our instructions are taken from our seller, and following your withdrawal of the purchase our seller instructed us to remarket their property. In regards to the paperwork, unfortunately, solicitors are a separate entity and they take instructions from their clients, and thus out of our control. We act as intermediaries, and it is in our interest for all parties that a transaction goes through to fruition. I will happily discuss this further with you and look at how we can move forward, please give the office a call.

FacebookWhere to start. They took 6 months to get a tenant in to my flat and then I discovered he had misled them about his circumstances. They lost my keys and had to have the locks replaced. They regularly took a week to reply to emails and each time they ‘had someone interested, should be in in 2 weeks’ time’ which of course never happened. They got work done on my flat and when it wasn’t completed refused to tell me who the contractor was or ensure it was finished. I eventually contacted The Property Ombudsman who pushed Castle Hill to agree in writing to get the work finished but despite this they didn’t honour their promise . As soon as I went to TPO they didn’t respond to ANY mails, phone calls or requests to open up an official complaint. Castle Hill take as much advantage as they can of an unregulated industry, please beware.
