This agency does not deserve a single star! Extremely unprofessional and incompetent management! . Complete lack of communication, chaos in absolutely everything, inaction in solving the problems of the tenants!. ​​The promises when signing the contract turned out to be empty words!. The agency created more problems for us than it solved! Waste of time, nerves and money! I categorically do not recommend!

Writing this to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for Sarah, who’s been god sent for my partner and I. After visiting multiple agents and not being able to find a home to rent, we came across Castle Hill Properties and had the pleasure of meeting Sarah. Her helpful and welcoming nature put us at ease right from the beginning. She made us feel comfortable, understood our situation and requirements and within a day helped us find the perfect home. Ever since, I’ve probably called her a million times, every step of the way and she has happily responded to each call, guiding us throughout the process. Definitely in awe of her commitment. I recently moved to London with my wife, at a time when the rental market is at it's peak. Eagerly looking for a place, I came across Castle Hill Properties, where I met Sirus and his team. Being registered with almost all realtors in London, they were the most professional, helpful and empathetic team I met with. They not only comforted us with their hospitality but also assured us that they are going to do their best to get us the place we were looking to rent. In a matter of two days, Sirus and his team managed to get us the place which most of the realtors could not do in the 3 weeks prior to that. Sirus personally made sure our offer got approved and we were delighted beyond words - Trust me, it is quite a long road for new comers to get a place in London, so we were truly ecstatic. But it did not end there. Post acceptance, they also answered the million questions we had while submitting our references and did it happily. Once again, thank you so much team Castle Hill, you have been AMAZING!

Glad i chose Castle Hill Properties. Carl Gibbins is a very polite help full professional providing me with a comprehensive sales service. For me I appreciated Carl's direct honest strategy on the best way to sell my house. Carl has a very practical approach based on a lot of experience. The viewings and open house were well organised resulting in quite a few offers that were well managed by Carl. Carl was very easy to deal with, keeping me well informed and updated with regular calls and emails. Its been a pleasure selling my house with Carl Gibbins. I dealt with Sarah, who was just wonderful: Very pleasant, nice and professional. At no point did I feel pressured about the property, which I generally prefer (if someone pushes me to take the place during my viewing, I will always say no). So for her 5/5 stars! My only negative about Castle Hill is that previously a viewing that had been arranged got cancelled less than 24h before I was due to see it, without any explanation. When I tried to contact them, no one would answer and also afterwards no one ever got back to me regarding my enquiry, but just ignored me.

Sarah from Castle hill was very rude in dealing. It was when my guarantor didn't fill the form in 2 days given we had 1 week window for which I paid 200 quid. As per her she said it was my "FAULT" that my guarantor didn't do it in time. Also these guy's software ask for intense scrutiny which demands access of your online bank account. This made me suspicious as nothing was warned like such before. I demanded some more time for sorting guarantor due to this suspicious step. The request was denied and I lost my 200 quid due to their utterly rude and obnoxious behavior. Now I'm glad I lost that horse stable of a place with damp walls they called a room as I got far more better deal elsewhere with lower price. Must train their employees on guest sensitivity. Won't recommend dealing with this agency at all.

I have been to other property offices, their staff take your details and forget and don’t bother to call you or assist you with finding an accommodation. But Castle Hill Properties is something I would recommend as its staff really try to find you an accommodation. Staff like Sarah who keeps checking again and again, which shows commitment.
