Be very careful of this business. They use pressure tactics and do not act in a professional manner at all. This starts all the way from the top, with Stuart “The Con Man” Cassidy, who is a glorified used car salesman in his cheap suit with his old spice aftershave. Lies from start to finish and messes you around. Cassidy Tate is a prime example of why some people view estate agents as the scum of the earth. Also, just to make everyone aware, while they do force you to use their broker and solicitor, this is illegal under the estate agents act 1979. I have reported them and would encourage anyone else that they force to use their broker or solicitor to do the same.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
