GoogleCapital came to the rescue after a previous failed attempt to sell through another agent, we do regret NOT using Capital first time around and I think what people need to bear in mind is that Capital will go the extra mile compared to other agents! Their fees are also very competitive and their valuations spot on. We sold our house within 2-3 weeks which we were amazed by. The whole team were great and we were very happy with the communication via WhatsApp. Lisa was always there to push things along when required but from start to finish it actually was a very smooth sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Capital to friends and family. Thank you all 😊

GoogleHad the worst chain in my life, took almost 8 months to get over the line! However through all the terrible agents & slow solicitors Capital were amazing! Lisa took charge of the whole chain and went above and beyond, to get the “whole chain” across the line. I will definitely use capital for my next sale. 10/10

GoogleMy first move away from the family home felt very daunting at first but I cannot thank Jenna, Ryan, Hannah and Derek (Bromley) enough for how helpful they have been before during and after this move. They were both always on the end of the phone/ replying to emails swiftly to help get things moving. Super attentive and made the whole process of moving very easy by being a great communication between myself and landlord/other agencies needed during/after the move- and enjoyed a lovely welcome pack on the day of the move, which was a lovely touch! GoogleWhen we decided to move home, we needed to do it quickly due to our daughter starting school the following September. This gave us 2 months! The purchase couldn’t have gone smoother. Lisa followed up at every step and nudged the purchase along. She was really generous with her time, letting us into the property on a number of occasions to help us get ready for completion. We needed to complete in a 2 month period and Lisa played a key part in making this happen. A completion within 7 weeks! Thank you Lisa!
