I’ve had BJB represent me on 2 landlord sales, 3 years apart. The recent experience was pretty poor, with a lack of client ownership and never speaking to the same person twice. The low point was the branch losing the keys to my apartment, the high point dealing with Leanne Odams-Chesworth who reminded me of the earlier experience with BJB. Too many different names, not joined up in approach or leadership. 5* for Leanne, 0* for the whole experience.
