GoogleDealt with Sam on the sales team, looked after my house purchase perfectly. He knew that I worked in the same industry up the road and understood my working hours, and even stayed late on a couple occasions to make sure I knew/understood everything that was going on. 100% happy with the service and 10/10 would use Butters again after my own company of course!

GoogleWe chose to sell our home so we could move closer to our family, the service we received was brilliant and professional. We were in contact with Fran Wheatcroft was just brilliant to speak to, she dealt with every question and concern with a smile on her face and we had a good giggle the entire time. Would go to butters john bee again if we decided to buy or sell a home! Very happy customer :)

GoogleMy mother was what you might call a "nervous seller" in the sense that she had lived in her house for many years and whilst she wanted to move, she was daunted by the whole process. We had tried several different estate agents over a 3 year period and they had all overwhelmed her, putting her off moving. Then we tried BJB and 'Gary', the branch manager came out. He recognised my mothers situation, he was very patient, gave lots of advice without overloading her with information. My mother subsequently marketed the house with BJB and Gary and his team continued to support her through the process, resulting in a successful sale. I am happy to say that she has now settled into her new house and the whole family are thrilled. If you want a genuine, professional service then you will not beat Gary and his team.

GoogleAs a FTB I've had a very positive experience with BJB Nantwich. Viewings were booked promptly and whenever anything needing doing they were more than happy to help and we're very efficient. Definitely recommend them

GoogleButters John Bee were asked to sell my late mothers house in Wistaston. I had got three valuations from local agents all of which varied greatly. However, Gary Fear exuded so much knowledge and trustworthiness that I had no hesitation in opting for Butters. I am delighted to report that I made the correct choice. The house was sold at a price way in excess of my expectations with the minimum of fuss but with the maximum of quality service.
