GoogleContacted them twice in regards to a property, no one got back to me the first time and the second time it’s taken weeks. Just had a phone call from someone who was quite rude and condescending and when asked if I had heard back from anyone I said no and I’ve contacted twice she laughed and said okay. When I said I don’t find it funny she hung up on me. Disgusting. DO NOT USE!

GoogleFrom the start of finding a new home Michael made our whole experience really straightforward. He let us know via phonecall or email the next steps and let us know when they were complete . His service has been outstanding and we will continue to use butters John bee if we ever need to move house again.

GoogleCorrie entertained me mostly during the letting process, she was polite and knew what she was doing, she was quick to respond to my requests and answers were always satisfactory. This was in stark contrast to all the letting agencies I have used historically. I'm quite happy with their service.

He dealt with every query and issue we had efficiently and professionally from constant contact regarding updates to every aspect that needed to completed. Would highly recommend! GoogleButters John Bee have provided us with an excellent service. An appointment was made for somebody to come and value our house and within a few days Craig Dove came to do just that. He was very easy to talk to and offered invaluable advice. We were extremely happy with the photos and the write up on the For sale sites also. Within a few days we had lots of viewings booked in. Communication with BJB was brilliant. In particularly with Debi Lloyd who kept us updated every step of the way, with information and feedback. We had a few offers on the property and Debi kept us in the loop constantly. After just one week, and with Debi working tirelessly we sold our house. She communicated with us daily on the telephone as well sending texts (we were on holiday whilst the sale went through). So far we have been extremely happy with BJB, particularly Debi and the service we have received. The sale is going through at the minute and I have no doubt that this high level of customer service will carry on throughout. : )

GoogleI would recommend Butters John Bee to a friend.The staff were very helpful I spoke to Lydia a lot and she was very nice and very helpful. Sam was brilliant he was my first point of contact he kept in touch with me constantly let me know what was happening every step of the way and I could always ring him with any questions he was friendly. Helpful and efficient it makes a difference and takes some of the stress off you when tou are selling your house

GoogleButters John Bee in Nantwich are the most professional, efficient, trained and qualified estate agents that I have ever come across. Their help and expertise was nothing short of outstanding whilst I was trying to purchase a house. Lisa in particular was resolute, determined and tenacious whilst I was encountering difficulties with a mortgage provider. Her help and advice won the day when we were close to giving up. I can't thank her or recommend the team at the Nantwich branch highly enough. Their drive, commitment and ambition to see a project through is astonishing, especially Lisa's!
