GoogleConstantly the phone redirects to the office down south, they reassure me and tell me someone will be in touch from the crewe office and they never get in touch. Utter shambles. I will buy a house from someone else.

GoogleThe process with Butters John Bee was overall OK, we had quite a few issues regarding the state of the property. However, Ben who we dealt with was very professional and managed to get everything sorted for us promptly and communicated well with us by phoning to inform us on landlords decisions etc.
