GoogleBen has been really helpful. Any queries we've had have been answered quickly. Also when we had an issue with our boiler he was able to talk us through the troubleshooting so we had hot water and heating again within 10mins!

GoogleI moved into a property and used butters john bee estate agents- i was in regular contact with Michael from the start of my search for my new home, through to when i moved in. Very professional but down to earth, reassured me throughout. Michael used online images and videos of the property which represented a true liking of the property. Very trustworthy. He is friendly and conducts himself in a professional manner. The contract stage of signing the lease was very easy to complete as it was all electronic. This has been one of the fastest and easiest moves we have done so far. I would definitely recommend BJB to friends and put them in contact with Michael!

GoogleLisa was very supportive with our purchase. It was disappointing that the whole process of completing our purchase and sale took so long with no understandable reason.

Unfortunately, some matters on the legal side are out of our hands and I understand a solicitor further down the chain was less than helpful which is frustrating.
